The 2 partners have a joint experience of over 50 years.

One of the partners has over 20 years experience in several accounting firms as an associate, a head of mission, and finally as a manager in her last position held as of 2001. Her career has led her to become an expert in assisting French subsidiaries of foreign groups and advising French holdings in their need for financial information and tax compliance. Her managerial expertise is focused on customer development, team management, and optimisation of production tool performance. Her technical expertise lies in particular in financial reporting according to group or international standards, the development or optimisation of Financial Information systems for multi-standard reporting, US GAAP, IFRS (SAP, Oracle), transfer pricing policy advice, and accounting audit support. In addition to her expertise, she acquired significant international experience thanks to the positions she held in INAA Group, an international association of accounting and auditing firms:

  • Board member (2013-2017)
  • Marketing & Communication Committee Chairman (2015-2017)
  • Growth Committee member (2016-2017)

The second partner has firmly-established experience in French and international companies in the fields of finance, aeronautics, tourism, and footwear (production/distribution). Throughout his career he has served as CFO and Transition Manager in several large companies of which some are quoted on the Paris Stock Exchange. His managerial expertise focuses on organisation, optimisation, restructuring, and employee and business development. His technical expertise centres mainly on income statement monitoring, business restructuring, the implementation of information systems, financial control, project tracking, production team management, fusion-acquisition operations, and institutional and key account relationships. In addition to his financial and accounting expertise, he has acquired significant experience in Information Systems, both in the implementation of business ERP systems and reporting tools such as MyReport, or interfaces with financial tools:
